What sorts of conditions do orthotics help?

A variety of conditions, including foot pain, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, (loss of arch), ankle pain, knee pain, and hip and back pain among others.

How expensive are they?

The cost of custom orthotics can depend on the needs of each patient, and whether or not insurance is paying for any portion of the insert.

Does insurance cover any of this?

It may. We’ll do our best to verify any benefits you have for orthotics so there are never any surprises financially.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes, we’re happy to offer payment plans to patients.

Do I need different inserts for different types of shoes?

Ideally. It’s always best to leave your inserts in the shoes you wear most often. Usually, we recommend purchasing two pairs of inserts to cover your needs.

What happens when or if they wear out?

If your inserts wear out within two years, a replacement will be covered under warranty.

What is the expected lifespan for orthotics?

Most orthotics last about two years, which is a long time considering all of the wear and tear that can go into a pair of shoes.
